Step 1 -Join FreeJobBid
Joining FreeJobBid is fast, easy and FREE! Before you can list your project, you first need to register and choose a User ID using our secure form.
Using User ID's allows us to keep your personal information totally private. We only release your contact information to the service provider whose bid you accept.
We do not share your contact info with 3rd parties without your consent! We hate spam too!
Step 2 – List a Project
Now you're ready to start FreeJobBidding!
Click on the Post a New Job link in your Admin Panel. Choose the category that your project falls under. Begin filling out the job listing form. Listing a project is totally FREE!
Be sure you log in before you begin your listing.
Select the appropriate sub categories of your project. Note: you will be asked a series of questions about your project on the following page.
Be sure to notice that you have multiple pricing choices as to how you want your listing to be bid upon.
Next you can upload up to ten photos of your project and any attachments such as blueprints or documents related to the project. This is not required but highly recommended as it gives service providers the opportunity to provide more accurate bids.
When you finish the listing form, you will be directed to you’re My Admin page, where you can view and manage your listed project(s).
Step 3 – Review Questions
Some service providers may need more information than you provided in your listing in order to place a bid. If so, you will receive a message when a question is asked in your FreeJobBid message board. From there you can respond to the questions.
Step 4 – Review Bids
When service providers bid or consider your project, FreeJobBid will send and email alert to your personal inbox and your FreeJobBid message board.
When you receive a message that a bid has been placed on your project click the review details link in the body of the message. You will then log in and and be able to review the bid. There are two links in the bid form, one to view the service providers feedback from other FreeJobBid members and another to view the service providers company profile. If you choose to accept the bid it will then move to your Awarded Tab and the lucky service provider will immediatly be notified.
Your listing is like a reverse auction - service providers are bidding against each other to win your business, but you are not required to go with the lowest bid.
Be aware that bids may expire or be canceled by the service provider at any time
Once you award your project the Service Provider will receive your contact information which will include your personal email address and your phone number that you registered with FreeJobBid.
The Service Provider will contact you and from there you can conduct business in the normal fashion. Once your project is complete you can rate the Service Provider by clicking on the feedback icon in your Awarded Tab.
At this time FreeJobBid does not facilitate any exchange of money between members.
Step 5 - Leave Feedback
After your Project has been completed, it is time to leave your feedback for your service provider.
It is very important that you leave feedback so that other members can benefit from your experience.
Simply log into your FreeJobBid account and go to your Awarded tab in your Project Manager and click on the Feedback icon.
